What Happens After I Signup?
After you sign up, you'll receive an email giving you access to a special page that contains all you need to know about all of the free gifts. Then you just sign up for the ones you want. Easy peasy.
How Long Do I Have Access To Everything?
You only have until 11:59 PM EST on September 19th, 2025, to sign up for the bundle. However, once you sign up, you'll have until September 21st to explore and claim the specific products you want.

And don’t worry, if you need extra time, you can grab the optional VIP Pass shown below which gives you extended time to access your gifts (plus some really cool bonuses)!
Will I Be Added To All Of The Contributor's Email Lists?
No way! I get that being added to over 30 email lists at once would not be cool at all! I truly care about your experience, and respect your privacy. So you get to choose which products you sign up for and in turn, which businesses add you to their email list as a result.

Upon registering for the bundle you will be signed up automatically to Magical Plants email list. Then whichever offerings you choose to grab you will be added to that contributors list as well. You of course are free to unsubscribe at any time (but I'm pretty sure you'll love what they have to share).
Can I still upgrade to the VIP Pass Later?
Yes, but the cost will no longer be discounted, and it will only available for a few days, and then it will disappear forever.

The Calm AF Bundle Terms of Use
By signing up for the Calm AF Bundle (the “Bundle”), you (“Participant”) enter into an agreement with Magical Plants (“Company”) and agree to the following terms:

1. Bundle Access
The Bundle will be available September 10–19, 2025. By registering, Participant gains access to a collection of free digital offers contributed by multiple businesses.
Participant may choose individual offers from within the Bundle.

It is Participant’s responsibility to sign up for any offers they want by September 21, 2025. After this date, the offers return to their regular price and may no longer be free.

Participants may optionally purchase a VIP Pass, which provides extended access to claim offers and additional bonuses.

2. Email List Consent
By signing up for the Bundle, Participant agrees to be added to:
The Company’s email list (Magical Plants).
The email lists of only those contributors whose offers Participant individually selects.
Each contributor is responsible for their own email communications and privacy practices.

3. Privacy Policy
Company’s Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Participant understands Company is providing general educational and informational resources, not individualized services.

4. Intellectual Property
Company retains all rights to content it creates for the Bundle (guides, templates, logos, branding, marketing materials, etc.).

Contributors retain ownership of their original offers.

Participant receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use any Bundle content they sign up for. No rights are transferred or sublicensed.

Participant agrees not to copy, share, or create derivative works of any content without express written permission.

5. Participation Disclaimer
The Bundle is for educational and informational purposes only. Company makes no guarantees about results (business growth, health improvements, financial outcomes, etc.).

Company retains discretion over contributors, sponsors, and participant access.

Offers from contributors are provided “as is.” Company is not responsible for contributor content, accuracy, or quality.

6. Liability
Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Company from any claims or damages arising out of use of the Bundle or related content. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in the Bundle constitutes professional, legal, or medical advice. Participant should consult their own licensed professionals before acting on any information.

7. Force Majeure
Company is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technology failures.

8. Independent Contractor Disclaimer
Contributors to the Bundle are independent businesses. No partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between Company and Contributor or between Company and Participant.

9. Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) related to Participant’s use of the Bundle, violation of these terms, or interaction with contributor offers.

10. Severability
If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

11. Modification
Company may update these Terms at any time.

12. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Participant agrees that any claims shall be brought only in the small claims court of Northampton, MA.
