Magical Plants has made no claims, agreements, or guarantees ensuring a certain amount (if any) new subscribers, sales, revenue, amount of unsubscribes or spam claims that may or may not occur as a result of participating as a one time sponsor of a Magical Plants bundle.

Magical Plants is absolved of any legal or financial responsibilities or loss that may occur as a result of my lawfully willingness to participate as a sponsor of this event, including but not limited to refund requests, data collection, and protection resources.

Magical Plants is absolved of any legal requirements dealing with the lawful handling of any private data visitors choose to share with me such as a result of my participation in sponsorship including but not limited to visitor’s names or email addresses to obtain access to my contribution in the bundle.
